7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on all first-time purchases of PDF Suite Pro (monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans).

• Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected] (include your order email or license key) or by replying to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
• Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.
• Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your transaction. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• When a purchase is refunded, the associated Pro license key is deactivated.

Renewals and cancellations

• Subscription renewals are not automatically covered by the 7-day guarantee; however, if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and we will refund it as a courtesy.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time (via the link in your receipt email or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles). Statutory consumer rights, including EU/UK withdrawal rights where applicable, remain unaffected.
