Excel to PDF (xlsx/xls/csv)

Upload an .xlsx/.xls/.csv and get a text-level PDF: each worksheet is typeset as a grid with a bold header row, long content wraps automatically, and wide sheets switch to landscape paper. Text stays selectable, copyable and searchable. Honest note: we typeset from cell values — formulas appear as their computed results; charts, comments and cell styling are not preserved. Conversion runs entirely in your browser; the file is never uploaded.

How it works (3 steps)

1

Upload your spreadsheet

Quotes, rosters, ledgers and exported CSVs all work well; multi-sheet workbooks are converted sheet by sheet.

2

Pick an orientation

Auto by default: narrow sheets stay portrait A4, wide sheets (more than 6 columns) switch to landscape — or force either manually.

3

Download the PDF

A gridded, text-level PDF with selectable text — easy to print and share.

FAQ

Are formulas and charts preserved?

Formulas export as their last computed result (what you see in Excel); charts, comments and cell fills are not preserved — we re-typeset from cell values and state this boundary honestly.

How are multiple worksheets handled?

Every non-empty worksheet is converted, output in order into the same PDF, each starting on a new page headed by its sheet name.

What if my table is too wide?

Wide sheets automatically switch to landscape A4 with column widths scaled to fit, and cell content wraps; you can also force portrait or landscape in the options.

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. Parsing and typesetting run entirely in your browser; the file bytes never leave your device.

Can I trust the processing engine?

Yes — and you can verify it: the tool runs on open-source in-browser engines (pdf-lib, pdf.js, Tesseract OCR…) on your own device. Open DevTools → Network while processing and you will see no file upload requests.
