Honest answers about paying
Are you charging now?
No. During the beta every tool and AI feature is free and there is no payment entry point; daily quotas and AI credits exist only to prevent abuse. The full release will charge the prices previewed on this page, announced in advance.
Will you spring a paywall on me after the work is done?
No. Every tool page states the free-run and size limits before you upload; over-limit files are blocked before submission. You will never hit a paywall after investing work.
Does the free tier need an account?
No. Free quota needs no account; subscribing only needs an email (passwordless magic-link login).
How do refunds work?
No-questions refunds within 7 days of purchase: email [email protected] and we process within 2 business days. The subscription ends within 24 hours after a refund.
Are my files safe?
Sensitive files like statements and invoices are parsed locally in your browser — the bytes never upload. Files that do need server processing are auto-deleted after 1 hour, never retained or viewed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans cancel with one click from your account page — no cancellation fee, no retention pop-ups. Perks stay active until the end of the paid period, then billing simply stops.
What happens to my files and credits if I cancel?
Your files were never ours to keep (local processing never uploads; server files are deleted after 1 hour), so cancelling changes nothing. Purchased AI credits never expire and remain usable after cancelling; the free daily quota stays forever.
